| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ramco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot, the following resolutions:
1. Special Resolution under Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 for alternation in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Special Resolution under Section 149 (2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for commencement of business.
3. Ordinary Resolution under Section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act, 1956 for increasing the limit of Corporate Social Responsibility Expenditure.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on November 09, 2011. |
