Further, as per provisions of Company’s approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from August 02, 2016 till August 17, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
