| Exchange Disseminated Time | Windsor Machines Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 28, 2010, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010, the Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the period ended on that date together with the Schedules and Notes attached to and forming part of the said Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. P. C. Kundalia as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Haribhakti & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors o the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion o the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
