1. Unaudited Financial Results for the QE December 31, 2015
- To consider and approve inter alia the unaudited (limited reviewed) financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015(Q3).
2. Declaration of interim dividend for the FY 2015-16
To consider and declare an interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2016.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 19, 2016 to January 31, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
