| Exchange Disseminated Time | Salora International Ltd has informed to BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve, by way of Postal Ballot, the Ordinary Resolution relating to mortgage and / or create charge, subject to the existing charge, on immovable property situated at B-31-34 & B-50-53, Sector 80, Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India in favour of State Bank of India, Nassau, Branch, The Bahmas for securing External Commercial Borrowings of USD 5 million, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The Company has appointed Mr. Ranjeet Pandey, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on December 11, 2009. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced by the Chairman, or in his absence by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and / or Company Secretary on December 14, 2009. |
