1. Alteration in the terms of Loan Agreement entered with the Promoter & Promoter's Group subject to the approval of shareholders.
2 .Issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to Promoter and Promoter's group pursuant to the provisions of Section 62 read with Section 42 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules, SEBI Regulations and subject to the approval of shareholders.
3. Notice of Postal Ballot and appointment of scrutinizer related to the aforesaid matters. |
