The Company has adopted IND-AS for the first time from this financial year (2017-18), therefore, the financial results for 1st quarter ended June 2017 is being considered for approval within the extended period of time i.e. on or before 14th September, 2017.
Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading window will remain closed from 07th September, 2017 to 18th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company.
