| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Mudra Lifestyle Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, through circular resolution passed on March 31, 2012, have approved the extension of financial year 2011-2012 of the Company by a period of 6 (six) months i.e. upto September 30, 2012, subject to the Special Permission of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra thereof. Accordingly, the annual accounts of the Company for the current financial year 2011-2012, shall be prepared for a period of 18 (Eighteen) months from April 01, 2011 to September 30, 2012. |
