| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/11/2015 17:05:24 | Indian Acrylics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :
1. The Company has appointed Shri S. R. Ladhar, IAS, Managing Director PSIDC, as a Director of the Company in terms of PSJDC Letter dated August 05, 2015, in compliance with the various provisions of Article of Association, Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.
2. The Board has elected Shri. S. R. Ladhar as Chairman of the Company in terms of Clause 159 of Article of Association of the Company and provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
3. The Board has approved setting up of additional 19152 Spindles and Dying Plant of 12 MT per day capacity for manufacture of Acrylic Yarns at a cost of Rs.70.54 Crores at the same location. |
