| Exchange Disseminated Time | | AI Champdany Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the ordinary resolution, to transfer / sell "Rampur Texpro Unit" of the Company located at P.O. Gobindapur, Budge Budge Road, 24 Parganas (South), West Bengal alongwith all rights, titles, interest, to Champdany Constructions Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company for a consideration on the basis of valuation to be determined by the approved Valuer, to be satisfied by the WOS by allotting in favour of the Company such number of equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up at par for the Consideration value on such dates as may be mutually agreed upon between the two Companies, with requisite majority. |
