| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2010, inter alia, transacted the following :
1. The Board has declared an interim dividend on equity shares @ 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per equity share for the year 2010-11.
2. The Board has considered and approved the capex plans of the Company for increase in denim capacity from 60 Million MTR to 96 Million MTR in two phases by December 2011 with capaex of Rs. 150 Crores. |
