| Exchange Disseminated Time | Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).
In compliance with the Company's Code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the Company will close the trading window from January 30, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
The Company will hold investor/analyst calls on February 10, 2016. During such calls, the management will comment on the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2015 and comment on business outlook. Details of the calls will be published on the Company's website in due course. |
