Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company informed that, Board of Directors of the company, based on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Ms. Pratika Pradeepkumar Bothra, who is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary of the Company effective from March 28, 2016.
Further that, Ms. Pratika Pradeepkumar Bothra is also designated as the Compliance officer of the Company and deemed as one of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
