| Exchange Disseminated Time | Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 01, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve :
1. The un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To raise funds upto an amount of Rs. 100.00 Crore by way of Qualified Institutions placement (“QIP") to qualified Institution Buyer.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons (Directors, KMP, Promoters and other employees) covered under the Code with effect from July 26, 2015 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 to the public (both days inclusive). |
