| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated June 24, 2014, has made allotment of 103,445 Equity shares of Rs.2/- each to eligible employee(s) upon their exercise of stock option under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS - 2013).
Upon such allotment, the equity paid-up capital of the Company stands increase from Rs. 340,325,026/- (Rupees Thirty Four Crore Three Lac Twenty Five Thousand and Twenty Six) divided into 17,01,62,513 (Seventeen Crore One Lac Sixty Two thousand Five Hundred and Thirteen) Equity Shares of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) each to Rs. 34,05,31,916/- (Rupees Thirty Four Crore Five Lac Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen only) dividend into 17,02,65,958 (Seventeen Crore Two Lac Sixty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Eight) Equity Shares of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) each. |
