Ltd. in Singapore has acquired further 2% stake in M/s. Huesoulin Wood Processing Factory Co. Ltd., Laos, thereby increasing its aggregate shareholding from 49% to 51%.
Further the name of M/s. Huesoulin Wood Processing Factory Co. Ltd. has also been changed to M/s. Century Huesoulin Plywood Lao Co. Ltd. Consequent upon this acquisition, M/s. Century Huesoulin Plywood Lao Co. Ltd. has become a step-down subsidiary of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd.
M/s. Century Huesoulin Plywood Lao Co. Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing and trading in plywood, veneer & all wood products and providing related services.
