| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Bank’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees from January 29, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive). Suitable notice of the closure of Trading window has been given to Directors and Designated employees. |
