| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/12/2016 16:28:53 | With reference to the earlier letter dated July 04, 2016 for the transfer/ assignment of leasehold rights subject to receipt of requisite approvals in respect of Plot No.F-27A admeasuring 2.48 acres situated at Sudha Ras Food Park II, Sankrail, Howrah ("Property"), Speciality Restaurants Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has entered into a deed of assignment with West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited (WBIDC) and M/s. Sumash Developers Private Limited on December 28, 2016 to transfer leasehold rights of the Company in respect of the property.
The terms and conditions of the transaction is enclosed in Annexure A to this letter. |
