| Exchange Received Time 20/04/2017 17:38:24 Exchange Disseminated Time 20/04/2017 17:38:27 Time Taken 00:00:03 | | 1.Pursuant to pre/part redemption of total 1,270 nos. of Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCD') out of total 5,600 nos. of NCDs till date and pursuant to approval of debenture holders received by the Company on 1st April, 2017 and in terms of Regulation 29 (3) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has considered and approved the revised dates of redemption of balance 4,330 Nos. of NCDs issued on Private Placement Basis with rate of interest @ 12% to be compounded every 9 completed calendar month from the date of subscription of the respective NCDs to be payable along with the revised dates of redemption as tabulated. 2. The Board has considered and approved the proposal to incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company in Uganda for tapping business opportunities. 3. Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (b) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company opts not to submit additionally quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results during the Financial Year 2017-18. |
