a. A 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’ pursuant to Regulation 8(1) of the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015; and
b. A 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' pursuant to Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015. |
