Further, as per the “Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed from June 15, 2015 to June 21, 2015 for Directors and Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives.
