| Exchange Disseminated Time | Precision Pipes and Profiles Company Ltd has informed BSE that at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2011, the shareholders of the Company have approved all the items set out in the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting as detailed hereunder:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 along with Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Declaration of final dividend @ 20% for the year financial year ended March 31, 2011.
3. Shri. Devendra Chandra Jain, Shri. Brij Bihari Tandon and Shri. Anuj Jain who retired by rotation at the Annual General Meeting and being eligible for re-appointment, were re-appointed as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s Dharam Taneja & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions to be agreed upon by and between the Board of Directors and the Statutory Auditors. |
