Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 9th December, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended 30th September, 2017.
In view of the above, we refer the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the provisions of the Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will be closed from Saturday, 2nd December, 2017 to Monday, 11th December, 2017 for all the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the Company.
