| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 28, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2014.
Further, In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Act, read with the relevant Rules, the Company has offered e-voting facility for transacting all the items of business mentioned in the Notice of the 38th AGM through the Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) to enable the members to cast their votes electronically. The e-voting commences at 9.15 a.m. September 22, 2014 and ends at 6.30 p.m. on September 24, 2014. No e-voting will be allowed beyond the said date and time. |
