1. The Board approved appointment of Shri Atanu Chakraborty, lAS as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. November 06, 2014.
2. The Board approved allotment of 55,364 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,627,657,130 to Rs. 5,628,210,770. |
