1. Approved and decided to delist voluntarily the equity shares of the Company from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and continue its listing only with Bombay Stock Exchange Mumbai.
2. Accorded to the making of reference to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for the determination of the measure to be adopted with respect to the Company. |
