| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pitti Laminations Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2015 inter alia, has approved the following business:
1. The Board has adopted the new Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insider framed in terms of Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
2. The Board has adopted the new Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information framed in terms of Regulation 8 (1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
3. The Board has taken note and accepted the resignation of Shri G. Narayana Rao, Independent Director of the Company. |
