- To consider, approve and take on record pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Obligations), 2015, the Company’s Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended at September 30, 2016 for all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 01, 2016 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). |
