The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015
The Company posted a net profit of Rs. 1607.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 1233.40 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 12129.00 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 10107.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014.
The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2015
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 6746.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 5424.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 49898.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 48403.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.

The Group has posted a net profit / (loss) after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. (1782.50) million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at net loss of Rs. (1231.90) million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 48804.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 52723.10 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014.
The Audited Consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2015
The Group has posted a net profit / (loss) after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. 12.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 1014.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 203098.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 198092.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.
- Consequent to the order of the Bombay High Court dated January 24, 2014, approving the Scheme of Arrangement, the transfer of the IDC division (Colocation service division of the Company) to Tata Communications Data Centers Private Limited (“TCDC”) was effected from January 01, 2013 in terms of the Scheme during the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
Accordingly the results for the standalone quarter ended March 31, 2014 reflect the effect of the Scheme and are not comparable with the results of other periods. |
