| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/08/2016 15:00:38 | Cinevista Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2016, the following was considered and approved by the Board:
"The Company is in the process of devising a strategy, for development of the Land parcel, which it owns at Kanjurmarg.
At this point in time, the management is unclear, as to which way, events & logistics, will finally decide & pave the way, for the road ahead! All that, we can say,is, that the management is in total agreement, that we should initiate & commence the process of development of our Kanjurmarg property, either by Joint Development (JD) or Joint Venture (JV) or whichever finally seems the best route possible, taking into consideration, all expert advice, duly taken & whetted!
This same matter, will be announced by Mr. Sunil Mehta, Managing Director & Vice- Chairman at the 19th AGM to be held on the September 27, 2016. We've already informed our esteemed shareholders of some "GOOD NEWS COMING THEIR WAY", in our Annual Report which will soon be, with them!
By the time, of the Company's 20th A.G.M., the Company shall be in total clarity, with all perspective's clear & studied, to announce without hesitation, the chosen road ahead, the reasons for it & long term plan, for the future!" |
