| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2006, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, Directors’ Report for the year 2005-06 and Corporate Governance Report, the Auditors’ Report, thereon.
2. To appoint directors in place of Mr Viren Shah & Mr Dilip Palicha, who retire from the office of Director by rotation and being eligible, offer themselves for re-appointment.
3. To appoint Auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and to authorize the Audit Committee to fix their remuneration. |
