Deoki Bijay & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for the financial year ending 31st march, 2018 on such remuneration as recommended by the Audit Committee and as may be mutually agreed between the Board of Directors of the Company and the Statutory Auditors.
3. Re-appointment of Shri Arihant Jain (DIN: 00174557) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f 11th December, 2016.
