Chartered Accountants, Vadodara, will retire as Company's Statutory Auditors at the conclusion of ensuing 73rd Annual General Meeting to be held on or before 30th September, 2017.
In view of the aforesaid, the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and thereafter with the approval of the Board members at their meeting held on 28th June, 2017, decided to appoint M/s. Amin Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants, Vadodara, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years from the Conclusion of the 73rd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 78th Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
