| Exchange Disseminated Time | Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of the Issue, the Investment Committee (the “Committee”) of the Company at its meeting held on February 17, 2016, has inter alia passed the following resolutions:
1. Approved the opening of the Issue i.e. February 17, 2016;
2. Approved the Floor Price of Rs. 139.40 in relation to the Issue, determined in accordance with the ICDR Regulations; and
3. Approved and adopted the Preliminary Placement Document dated February 17, 2016, in connection with the Issue. |
