| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider, approve, and adopt Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider approving the Report of Directors to the members for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
3. To consider convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the 'Trading Window' (or dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from May 11, 2015 to May 20, 2015 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in code. |
