| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/11/2015 14:55:00 | Religare Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 30, 2015 has approved the "Policy for Determination of Materiality for Disclosure of Information" which will be effective w.e.f. December 01, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Clause 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Board of Directors of the Company in the said policy has authorized Group CEO & Group CFO ("Key Managerial Personnel") of the Company to decide the materiality for disclosure of information. |
