1. Finalized the appointment of Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner;
2. Finalized the appointment of Mr. Ashish D. Satani as the Chief Financial Officer [CFO] of the Company in place of Mr. Vipul Vaghasiya who has tendered his resignation as the CFO of the Company.
3. Finalized the appointment of Mr. Ashish D. Satani as the Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Vipul Vaghasiya. |
