| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/06/2016 13:26:10 | Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2016, inter-alia, have approved preferential issue of 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) warrants, convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the promoter group entities subject to the approval of the Members of the Company through postal ballot and such other necessary regulatory approvals.
The warrants will be issued at a price of Rs. 165/- each, arrived as per the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and on such further terms and conditions specified in the said Regulations. |
