1. appointed Ms. Nirupma Rao as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company; and
2. noted resignation of Mr. Manoj Mohanka Independent Director with effect from October 14, 2015.
3. appointed Mr. Ramesh Kumar Damani as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 15, 2015, in place of Mr. Hariharan Mahadevan who has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. |
