1. Acquire/invest in agricultural and related business activities, subject to requisite regulatory approvals.
Onelife Capital Advisors Limited (OCAL) had invested in the shares of Onelife Gas & Energy Infrastructure Limited (OGEIL) in the year 2010. OGEIL is involved in procurement, purchase, exploration, storage, suppliers, distributors, sellers and dealers in natural gas and its derivatives including LPG, CNG, PROPANE and any conventional and non- convential type of energy. The Board of Directors of OGEIL declared the issue of bonus shares in the meeting held on November 01, 2012. Onelife Capital Advisors Limited will receive the bonus shares. By virtue of bonus issue of shares by OGEIL, OCAL became ultimate Holding Company of OGEIL. The OGEIL is having subsidiary Company called Goodyield Farming Limited (GFL) and involved in
agriculture, contract farming and related activities. GFL is also having a subsidiary Company called Goodyield Fertilizers & Pesticides Limited which is involved in fertilizers and pesticides and related activities.
Without any further investment / acquisition by the Company OCAL became the ultimate Holding Company of the above 3 companies. The above subsidiaries will be involved in the activities of Gas distribution and related activities, agriculture, contract farming and related activities and dealing in all types of gas based, natural or manmade fertilizers and related activities. |
