1. The Board of Directors have taken on record the Report of the Scrutinizer dated February 13, 2017 regarding the resolution placed before the Members for their approval through Postal Ballot vide Notice dated December 19, 2016, As per the Scrutinizer's Report, the Resolution has been passed with requisite majority.
2. The Board of Directors has approved the sale of the residential flats and guesthouse at CIDCO Colony, New Panvel and MIDC Colony, Mohpada in the state of Maharashtra and authorized the Chairman to negotiate and finalize, from time to time, the terms and conditions of the same. |
