1. Annual audited financial results, both on standalone and consolidated basis, of the Company for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2016; and
2. Issue of Debt Securities.
Further, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company for the designated employees/connected persons of the Company will remain closed from February 13, 2017 to February 22, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
