1. Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) for the financial year 2015-16 on the paid-up capital of Rs. 15.11 Crores represented by 1,51,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. P. T. Baby Thomas, Independent Director with effect from December 20, 2015 due to his overseas assignment. The Company have received the letter in this regard on February 04, 2016. |
