| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Acrylics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.
Further, in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20(3)(vii) of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 22, 2014. as a cut -off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules there under. Consequently the same cut-off date i.e. August 22, 2014 would record entitlement of the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the 27th AGM on September 29, 2014. |
