| Exchange Disseminated Time | Skipper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 and delisting from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited and U. P. Stock Exchange Limited.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall be closed on and from October 29, 2014 and shall reopen on November 10, 2014 i.e. after expiry of 24 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014. |
