1. to fix the Record date for Subdivision of Equity Shares of the Company.
2. to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the 1st Quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
Further, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for directors/designated employees, other persons having access to the price sensitive information and their dependents from July 25, 2016 to August,03, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
