We wish to inform that the Company has appointed Mr. Sanjay Grover, FCS, Company secretary in whole-time practice, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process for obtaining the approval of the members of the Company for the proposed Employees Stock Option Scheme and sale of entire stake in Omniventures private Limited.
The cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the voting rights of Shareholders for Postal Ballot has been fixed as 5th January, 2018 and the members whose name(s) appear in the Register of members/ Record of Depositories as on 5th January, 2018 would be eligible to vote on Postal Ballot.
