Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are sending herewith Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2017, duly signed by the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
Further, we also enclose herewith Limited Review Report of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
