| Exchange Disseminated Time | SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be submitting/publishing the Annual Audited Results for the Financial Year 2010-11 within 60 days of the end of the financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011. The unaudited results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011 are therefore not being submitted separately within forty five days of the end of the financial year.
Further the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2011, inter alia,
1. Annual Accounts (Audited) for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
2. Raising of funds for the Company by issue of equity shares or any instrument or securities, whether or not linked with equity shares, representing convertible securities such as convertible debentures, bonds or warrants convertible into depository receipts / equity shares etc. or in any other manner as may be approved by the Board. |
