| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Resolutions:
1. To alter the Clause III of Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting the sub-clause 71 after the existing sub-clause 70 of Clause III of the Memorandum of Association of the Company
2. To the commencement of all or any of the business specified in sub-clause 71 of the Clause III of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. I U Thakur, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before the close of working hours on May 22, 2010. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot voting will be announced on May 29, 2010. |
